WUNDERBAR

The tiny house was built with the intention of lasting 100 years. Weighs just under 3500 kg, is 3m96 high from the ground, 6m68 long (without drawbar) and at its widest 2m55. 

​

The structure consists of a galvanized trailer topped with a wooden frame. The exterior is finished with clear aluminum corrugated sheets that are 100% sustainable and recyclable, the interior (floor/walls and ceiling) in okoume plywood (moisture-resistant tropical wood) and the interior cabinets in birch plywood.

  • Living room with a ceiling height of 3m, a sitting area and mezzanine where the bedroom is located. The height, openness and number of windows in the living room create a rich sense of space.​

Connection with the grid;

Water pressure from the shower and kitchen faucet are very good, Tiny house can be 50 meters away from the outdoor faucet, for example.

Walls from inside to outside;

  • MTX KL3 OKOUME 10J B/BB, tropical plywood suitable for outdoor use, moisture resistant with 10-year warranty, also provides additional stability, panels joined with slats

  • INTELLO PLUS self-regulating vapor barrier taped with TESCON VANA

  • Structure: SLS impregnated A3/S2 38x89 filled with 9 cm EPS (insulation that does not absorb moisture)

    • SLS painted with ep-tar replacement hardener; ensures that the durability and structure of the wood remains for life and cannot be affected by insects, moisture, mold, etc..

    • Iron mounting band to generate timber frame

    • Xps 2 cm all around structure with exterior joinery behind impact, xps is used to insulate exterior sides of basements, is completely mold free and absorbs 0%water.

  • Vapor permeable foil; Polytex Pro plus self klev.

  • Horizontal battens impregnated 45x30 IMPR with PVC spacers (8mm) between battens and Vapor permeable foil.

    • Painted with ep-tar replacement hardener

  • Bare Alu corrugated sheet as finishing; (Garfield aluminium)

  • EPDM, installed by a professional. 

  • 2% slope to tap pipe 80mm for rainwater drainage
